**Résumé des fonctions**

L’agent ou l’agente Répartition du carburant est responsable du traitement de toutes les transactions concernant le carburant des comptes interréseaux entre le CN et d’autres chemins de fer en Amérique du Nord. La personne titulaire du poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Traction afin de faire concorder en temps opportun la répartition du carburant de tous les mouvements des locomotives du CN et des locomotives étrangères. De plus, cette personne examine la consommation de carburant, les différends, la facturation et les fermetures avec les chemins de fer partenaires à l’intérieur des limites des accords conclus entre les différentes parties concernées par les transactions. Aussi, la personne titulaire du poste détermine et établit les cadres d’analyse appropriés pour les données relatives au carburant, automatise les processus, utilise des analyses pour faciliter la prise de décisions optimales concernant le carburant lors d’échanges de locomotives, soutient l’établissement des budgets et s’assure de la collaboration des intervenants.

**Principales responsabilités**

Gestion des comptes HP
- Examiner tous les contrats existants relatifs à l’utilisation du carburant et les harmoniser avec les processus normalisés
- Établir des objectifs relatifs aux cibles de rapprochement et de traitement
- Traiter, examiner et fermer les rapports mensuels
- Déterminer les occasions d’améliorer la collecte de renseignements relatifs à l’utilisation du carburant et réduire l’exposition du CN à des coûts excessifs lors de l’examen des transactions avec d’autres parties
- Communiquer avec l’équipe Finances au sujet des soldes HP-heures (HP/H) et produire des analyses des tendances
- Établir un réseau de communication avec l’équipe du Centre d’exploitation du réseau pour partager des renseignements concernant toute occasion permettant d’améliorer l’utilisation globale de carburant par les locomotives

Amélioration des processus
- Établir des processus normalisés pour la collecte de données relatives à l’utilisation, l’examen, l’évaluation et la production des données d’utilisation du carburant entre le CN et les chemins de fer partenaires, y compris les tierces parties
- Collaborer afin d’améliorer davantage le processus de répartition du carburant au moyen des outils en ligne et du soutien de l’Information et technologie (I et T), semblable au site Web de HP/H

Conditions de travail

Ce poste prévoit des conditions de travail standard dans un bureau et un horaire de travail normal du lundi au vendredi. La personne titulaire du poste doit être disponible pour travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine, si nécessaire. La personne titulaire de ce poste doit être disponible pour répondre aux appels 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, afin d’intervenir en cas d’incidents critiques. Des déplacements occasionnels sont requis (10 %) aux États-Unis.

Expérience

Gestion des transports, de la logistique et de l’approvisionnement
- De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience des services Transport, Gestion du matériel remorqué, Consignation des données sur les trains, Données et mesures, Logistique, Analyse de données et établissement de rapports ou de la Chaîne d’approvisionnement
- Expérience en gestion*
- Toute expérience dans l’un des domaines ci-dessus constitue un atout

Formation, certification et désignation
- Baccalauréat en sciences, en commerce, en génie ou en administration des affaires
- Certification dans un domaine relatif aux analyses*
