Duties and responsibilities include; but are not limited to:
Assist Manager in Conducting performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, meet deadlines, train/coach and motivate staff. As well as meet goals, perform store inspections, attend required meetings and training from Head office and Owner.

Must be flexible, organized, a team player, dependable, have excellent communication. Ability to supervise more than 12 people at once, assist and/or head required committee meetings, work in fast paced environment while under pressure, be able/willing to receive/accept feedback and direction from Manager/Operations Manager/Owner. Must have own transportation

**Salary**: $15.40-$15.80 per hour
