**GENERAL FUNCTION**:
The Project Administrator will take direction from the Project Administration Team Lead on workload, prioritizing projects, and admin requests in and outside of normal workflow.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide company-wide delivery of all project reporting to key stakeholders, and customers with excellence in quality, service, and QA compliance
- Project report general formatting
- Finalization of quotes and proposals, correspondence, and project cost analysis
- Provide document control on projects as requested and defined by QA initiatives
- Support Project Administration Team Lead on special projects as assigned.
- Prepare and log project transmittals for sending to clients
- Perform project file uploads to both internal and external SharePoint platforms
- Organize client responses in designated folders and communicate updates to the project team
- Provide administrative support to all business groups
- Monthly invoicing, as required
- General filing and organizing of project files/records retention (digital and hard copy)
- General knowledge of accounting principles

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College coursework and/or relevant work experience in business administration or project management
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent grammar and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities
- High level of attention to detail
- Good but not mandatory to have knowledge of Invoicing portals such as OpenInvoice, Ariba, Fieldglass, and Taulia
