Insurance Broker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses find the right insurance coverage to meet their needs.

Primary Duties:

- General duties of a professional insurance broker
- Assessing clients' individual needs and obtaining quotes
- Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on insurance products and service
- Comparing the coverage of different insurers to get the client the best rates and conditions in an unbiased manner and make recommendations
- Process client payments and inquiries
- Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals
- Deliver excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

- RIBO licensed is preferred but will train and help obtain Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
