**Responsibilities**:

- Perform pressure washing services on various surfaces, including buildings, sidewalks, and parking lots
- Use power tools and hand tools to effectively clean and remove dirt, grime, and debris
- Conduct routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating pressure washing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with pressure washing
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of surfaces

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.00 - 40.00 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laval, QC H7E 1H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- pressure washing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English/French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence/have a car (preferred)
