**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the metal fabrication industry, focusing on manufacturing and industrial clients.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing expert consultations and tailored machinery solutions.
- Utilize your knowledge of **industrial maintenance** and metalworking equipment to assess client needs, recommend appropriate machinery, and address technical inquiries.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Brennan’s product offerings, including metal cutting, bending, shearing, and CNC machinery.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with the engineering, technical support, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth machinery installations and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in metal fabrication technology to better serve clients and keep Brennan at the forefront of innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of sales experience in the **industrial machinery**, manufacturing, or metal fabrication sectors.
- **Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or machine operation**, particularly with metalworking or fabrication equipment (CNC, presses, cutting systems, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge of metal fabrication machinery, including troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex machinery to customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Expected hours: 40 per week
