Status Electrical Corporation is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The Telecommunications Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment. This includes cell phones, towers, access points, and other related items. This position will work with the sales team to ensure that the customer's needs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- BCIT Diploma "Telecommunications Systems Technician program"
- Previous experience in the telecommunications field is preferred.
- Experience in WiFi installation, Fiber optics, Ethernet structured cabling, CAT6A, CAT6
- Ability to read and write computer documents such as wiring diagrams and service manuals in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time as well as climb ladders and work on a ladder, and comfortable working at heights.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and willing to travel
- Certifications by **Belden, Commscope, Panduit.**
