There is currently an opportunity for a **Revit Operator** to join our Design team.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate of an Architectural Technologist, Interior Design, or equivalent program.
- Revit proficiency.
- Revit experience is ideal - willing to consider those with Revit experience from other industries or college/university program with Revit experience looking for their first employment.
- Industry experience within a similar role.
- Experience working on Food and Beverage projects - beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Meeting tight deadlines.
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Design support will primarily include preparation of design drawings, elevations, sections and details utilizing Revit, and will also include preparation of mechanical and electrical service schedules, connection point drawings, special conditions plans, assembly of catalogue specification sheets, coordination and communication with other design team members [i.e. architects, interior designers, engineers, etc.], liaison and coordination with equipment suppliers, preparation of equipment budgets and assistance with the preparation of specification documents.
- From time to time, travel to equipment manufacturer showrooms or assembly plants will also be required for skills development and product knowledge improvements. Site visits to job sites will also be required occasionally to document existing conditions and/or survey equipment installations.
- Management Advisory Service support will be administrative in nature and will include the assembly and filing of reports/documentation, drawing retrieval and printing.
- As part of this role, you will be required to support our office with various administrative related functions such as maintaining project data files (electronic and hard copy), tracking of disbursements relating to billable projects, answering of telephones when required, retrieval of supplies, etc. Continuous development within the team to better our Revit library and templates.
- Support the Project lead with input to the Revit model as required.
