- The _**_Procurement Coordinator_**_ will join the Indirect Procurement _team to _provide_ support for Oracle Procurement; contribute to the development of enterprise-wide purchase to pay (P2P) processes including documentation of procedures, training, analysis, and reporting_._ _

**_We are looking for a teammate with:_**
- Diploma or Degree in Business and or supply chain/procurement required.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Oracle EBS or Fusion system or equivalent ERP Purchasing system required.
- 2-3 years' experience in Procurement.
- Strong business acumen with procurement purchase to pay background.
- Proven analytical, problem solving, decision-making skills, and substantial attention to detail.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, organize, prioritized, and motivated to succeed in timely completion of work.
- Requires superior written, verbal, and organizational skills. Provides effective presentation and communication with internal team, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Patient and calm in dealing with multiple requests and work inputs.
- Ability to assess root cause issue, identify/collaborate with effective internal/external partners for resolution.
- Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders in other functional areas across the organization.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision, showing initiative and sound judgement.
- Ability to commute to Oakville and Grimsby offices when required.
- Dedication to continuous process improvement, maintaining fair and ethical business practices.

**_This teammate will be accountable for:_**

**Supports Buyer(s)**
- Provide analysis, spending reporting and Oracle systems reporting.
- Support buyers with procurement activities and administration.
- Creation/update of Blanket and Contract Purchase Agreements, ERP validation of process and testing to ensure follow through of requirements.
- Maintain transparency, validated fact-based communication of Oracle concerns for resolution and accurate business process documentation.

**Procurement**
- Assist in building, improving, and maturation of procurement processes based on business and ERP needs.
- Support Buyers for high value category cost savings and process improvement initiatives.
- Seek cost savings initiatives, process improvements, create category transparency through support of low value indirect procurement initiatives, as assigned.

**Supports enterprise-wide Stakeholders**
- P2P requisition process, resolve Oracle transactional requisitioning and purchase order concerns.
- Responsible as the first point of contact for resolution of enterprise-wide oracle procurement inbox concerns.
- Assist in new user training or refresher training as required.
- Identify, document gaps, solve or bridge process gaps, create training materials, provide training and reporting for ERP best practices.
- Provide Month End Open Purchase Order reporting to requisitioning team for action and support Month End Purchase Order closures where applicable.

**ERP Improvements**
- Process creation and training requisitioners to increase use of Oracle P2P process for spend transparency. Monitor and measure outcome.
- Identify and work on approved functional Oracle improvement projects.
- Support future Oracle Improvements for Vendor Portal.
