Sales Analyst

We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Sales Analyst within our Sales** **team to help support our Automotive** **business. Did you know we are the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of seating support and comfort systems for transportation manufacturers, as well as tier one and two suppliers within the automotive industry? That’s right Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Wireless Charging, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables. As a Sales Analyst you will have the opportunity to create the best possible demand projecting to support out team. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by pushing forward out long-term strategic business decisions. The team you will be working with is collaborative, and values detail oriented, but energetic people.

**So, what will you be doing as a Sales Analyst?**
- Maintain responsibility for long-term Product Line forecast (18M & 60M) using Excel and Demand 360 by Blue Yonder
- Be familiar with the customer and business intelligence factored into the Demand Plan for the product line
- Take the lead on analyzing forecast for future opportunities
- Lead the collection of customer demand intelligence from the commercial team
- Make the manual adjustments to the statistical forecast and its accuracy.
- Own the accuracy of the finished goods forecast for a product line.
- Maintain the demand plan between IBP cycles.
- Participate in the Global Product Line Demand and the Management Business review.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree, APICS CPIM
- Expert level Excel abilities
- 3+ years with Sales and Operations Planning experience
- Statistics and modeling skills

**Things we consider a plus**
- Experience with Demand 360 by Blue Yonder
