Come grow with us...North American Stamping is looking to hire. We are looking for an Receiver to join our team Hours of work are based on a rotating Days (7:00am - 3:30PM) and Afternoons (3:10pm - 11:40pm) schedule.

As Receiver you will help to ensure customer orders are shipped and purchased parts are received on time with good quality and accurate counts. Pull customer orders for daily shipments to ensure on time deliveries as required by the customer. Ship to the daily shipping schedule as defined by the Purchasing Manager as well as Continuous Improvement attitude with a willingness to adopt new ideas/skills using TQPS principles.
**The position duties will include, but not limited to**:
- Receive products into the facility
- Prepare receiving dock to accept incoming product
- Operate forklift truck, overhead crane, manual pallet jack to unload trucks
- Match product with purchase orders
- Inspect product to ensure that it is the proper content, quality, and quantity needed
- Enter receiving paperwork information into ERP system
- Operate ShopEdge computer/tablet on forklift and work center computer
- Weigh materials using scales
- Use a handheld scanner and can gun to rack movement of inventory
- Responsible for daily forklift inspection and housekeeping of area
- Work in a sage manner and adhere to all company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications we are looking for include, but are not limited to:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic computer skills in MS Office
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Proven attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with proven experience to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proven experience working in team environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Able to lift up to 25lbs on a continuous basis
- Forklift experience
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Current forklift certification
