CNC Operator

Sabic Doors and Millwork Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by operating and maintaining our CNC machines to produce high-quality millwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for woodworking operations.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to program CNC machines.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Select appropriate tools, materials, and programming codes for each project.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and programs to achieve desired results.
- Inspect finished woodwork products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule work orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Woodworking CNC Operator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC programming software.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
