As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping
- Experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
