Omland Heal LLP, one of the largest full service accounting firms in the South Okanagan, has a great opportunity for a full
- time temporary Tax Season Scanner/ Administrator to join our rapidly growing firm. You would work in a fun and challenging environment providing assurance and tax services to our valued clients.

**Term of Employment**:Busy Season Position February
- April 2023

**Hours per week**: 40

**Job Duties**
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This includes scanning and electronic filing of corporate and personal tax return information.
- Processing of personal tax information will include using our tax software for sorting of tax slips, receipts and other business records.
- File/pull client files, deliver to the appropriate person assigned to prepare the tax return and update of tax return status.
- Accurate processing and assistance with time sensitive and confidential materials.
- Assisting with general administrative operations, including sorting, scanning, processing, and delivering sensitive documents and confidential client materials as assigned.
- Front desk reception coverage on as needed basis. Duties include answering and redirecting phone calls and walk-ins as well as assisting with client year end and personal tax return sign offs.
- Providing administrative support to firm leadership as needed.
- Other ad hoc projects as determined by the firm.

**Education**:

- Minimum two (2) years applicable experience in a professional setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe, and cloud-based software.
- Experience in a public accounting or professional services firm desired

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
