**Location**: 75% work from home, 25% in-person at various locations

**Compensation**: $18-22/hour

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, approximately 35 hours, flexible

Supporting the Creative Director, the Marketing Assistant will own various marketing and administrative activities that back our busy company. From social media videos to website photography, this is an excellent role for an organized, detail-oriented self-starter looking to have a hand in all aspects of design and marketing. **What You Bring to The Table**:
The following core attributes will contribute to the overall success of the Marketing Assistant:

**What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**:
While every day is different, the following are the core responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
Content Creation
- Assist with various photography tasks, including but not limited to brainstorming concepts, creating execution plans and supporting photoshoots
- Coordinate with partners to create and edit pictures and video media content
- Updating website with new products and content

Social Media Management
- Edit, modify, and adjust content for all social media channels
- Engage with audience through comments, direct messages and reposting

Marketing Coordination
- Market research, identifying target audiences, competitors
- Manage affiliate program
- Oversee marketing campaigns, including scheduling from inception to completion and coordinating with influencers
- Monitor marketing estimates, budgets and expenditures
- Track key performance indicators to gauge effectiveness of marketing campaigns

**What It Takes**:
We are looking for a passionate, skilled Marketing Coordinator hungry to learn the ropes, grow, and thrive. Minimum requirements include:

- Strong organizational skills and detail-driven
- The ability to create visually appealing assets
- Education in marketing, social media and/or graphic design
- Passionate with a willingness/excitement to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to take direction and receive candid feedback
- Ability to come to studio 1-2 times per week

Preferred requirements include:

- Excellent creative writing/copywriting skills
- Experience with Adobe suite (Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Experience with Hubspot
- Video editing capabilities
- Solid researching and implementing capabilities

**Working Conditions**:
This is a Full-Time permanent position. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada and be able to travel to the U.S. Workdays are Monday to Friday, with a flexible work week of approximately 35 hours. You may be required to travel a few weeks a year to attend trade shows or visit clients (5%.). A valid full driver's license is required.
