**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Perform exterior home cleaning tasks including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more. Often requires the use of ladders.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment used for cleaning homes: Pressure Washers, Window Cleaning gear, etc.
- Ensure the thorough and efficient cleaning of various surfaces: Going above and beyond to provide a quality service for each customer, even when they aren’t watching.
- Follow trained safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of oneself, others, and customer property while performing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality are upheld.
- Consistent timeliness regarding attendance to ensure the day goes smoothly for you and the remainder of your team.

**Qualifications**:

- A good attitude, willingness to learn, and an aptitude for working within a team
- Prior experience in exterior home cleaning services, outdoor manual labor, and ladder experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in outdoor environments, sometimes in unfavorable weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and extended periods of standing.
- A customer-focused attitude, and a commitment to ensuring points of contact with the customer are positive and helpful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
