**Objective**:
**Key Deliverables**:

- Various artifacts and documents throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions that meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new systems or enhancements to existing systems to meet business needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to ensure systems meet requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or features.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement and integrate systems.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Ad-hoc report design and development
- Manage report, project and IT ticket management system

**Education/Work Experience**:

- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science or related field or equivalent proven experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business System Analyst or similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desired

**Behavioural Competencies**:

- Document business and function requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Technical Competencies**:

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Experience report development (e.g., PowerBI, PowerQuery, SSRS)
- Experience with IT ticket management system
- Familiarity with Sharepoint Site development
