Relevant du directeur de l'estimation, l'employé estimateur est responsable des coûts de fabrication, la préparation des devis et l'interaction avec les fournisseurs, les collègues et les clients.

**Tâches et responsabilités - Estimateur**:

- Préparation des estimations basées sur les demandes des clients.
- Mise en page d’estimations officielles.
- Respecter les dates d'échéance des clients.
- Lire et interpréter les dessins.
- Personne ingénieuse pour les responsables des ventes en ce qui concerne l’information en circulation, les processus de commande, etc.
- Contact avec les fournisseurs pour l’obtention de coûts pour les estimations.
- Comprendre les spécifications du client, y compris les spécifications techniques
- Établir et maintenir de solides relations d'affaires avec les principaux fournisseurs actuels et potentiels.

**Tâches et responsabilités - Acheteur**:

- Établir et maintenir de solides relations d'affaires avec les principaux fournisseurs actuels et potentiels.
- Traiter les bons de commande, négocier avec les vendeurs, suivre les commandes, maintenir l'inventaire.
- Valider la conformité des bons de commande avec les accords passés avec les fournisseurs, traiter les réclamations, les non-conformités et les retours.
- En collaboration avec l'équipe des opérations, vous assurez le suivi des livraisons prévues afin de respecter les délais.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches liées ou pertinentes aux activités d'approvisionnement, en fonction de l'avancement des projets et / ou de l'émergence de nouvelles opportunités.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.
- 1-5 ans d'expérience d'estimation préférée (Formation de mise à niveau disponible).
- Avoir au moins un (1) an d'expérience dans un poste d'achat, de préférence dans l'industrie de la tôlerie ou de l'usinage de précision (un atout).
- Excellentes compétences en informatique.
- Souci du détail et de bonnes compétences organisationnelles.
- La capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches - implication dans plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Une bonne compréhension des procédés de fabrication liés feuille de métal (tôlerie) et l'usinage. Expérience dans une usine de metal préférée.
- Capacité à gérer de gros volumes, respecter des délais serrés, déterminer les priorités et travailler sous pression.
- Expérience avec le logiciel Fabritrak un atout.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais - à la fois verbale et écrite.

- Bilinguisme impératif (français et anglais).
- Bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (un atout).
- Connaissance des systèmes ERP (un atout).
- Faire preuve d'autonomie et de débrouillardise.
- Avoir un grand souci du détail et de la précision
- Avoir un excellent sens de l'organisation
- Avoir un excellent sens de la négociation et de l'approche
- Avoir une attitude positive orientée vers l'obtention de résultats et la résolution de problèmes.
