Founded by two passionate foodie coders in 2014 with a vision of providing convenient, delicious and healthy traditional recipes to our customers around the world.

Over the past eight years, we have sold over 6 million of our signature crispy burgers (Roujiamo) in more than 100 locations in China and quickly became a popular spot for those who have the need for great food and service. Now, we are expanding our operation globally and Canada is where we started our journey

We are looking for individuals who share the passion about food and culture, those who want to realize their potential in leadership and develop management skills. Bingz is the place where you can flourish and be the best of yourself. This year, three new locations will be opened in Yorkdale Mall, Fairview Mall and Scarborough Town Center.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand and products, engage with customers, and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce and showcase Bingz products to customers in a positive and engaging manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
- Greet and interact with passersby, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere around our brand.
- Assist the marketing team in conducting offline research and gathering valuable insights.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong ability to engage with diverse customers and create positive interactions.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and willingness to assist with research projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
