4 days/week telework

YOUR CHALLENGES

Carry out maintenance quotations with external customers in collaboration with our technicians.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide return authorizations to our external clients;
- Prepare quotes for equipment transiting to our fixed workshops;
- Process returns requests with certain service providers, create purchase orders as well as tracking;
- Ensure coherent and smooth workshop occupation with all technicians;
- Ensure daily follow-ups with our external clients concerning approvals, and monitoring and delivery dates;
- Follow up with our buyers and suppliers regarding part orders and/or services;
- Update our different internal software.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Satisfaction level of our external and internal clients;
- Complete mandates and maintenance assignments according to our standards and set deadlines;
- Operational optimization and process standardization.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- College diploma/attestation of college studies or equivalent (an asset);
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- At ease with technology;
- Bilingual.
