We are a fast-growing Medical Spa in West Vancouver, seeking a talented and passionate Patient Educator to join our team. As a Patient Educator, you will be responsible for educating patients about our products and services, building relationships with our patients and identifying ways our office can support their goals, and starting new patients on care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educate patients and healthcare providers on the benefits of our products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and their staff
- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding assigned targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products and services, and competitor activities
- Utilize CRM system to manage and track sales leads and opportunities; (at our office we use a program called Jane)
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using technology and able to learn new systems quickly
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a Treatment Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and performing various treatments, including Coolsculpting and laser therapies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and always maintain a high level of professionalism
- Perform Coolsculpting treatments, including assessing client needs, preparing treatment areas, and administering treatment
- Perform laser therapies, including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment logs
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and spa environment
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Treatment Technician in a medical spa setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $20.90-$45.44 per hour
