Our business is growing, and we are creating a new role of **Data Entry / Customer Service Clerk ** This position will have a variety of responsibilities to support SAGETRA’s administrative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-growing environment.

**About the job**
- Demonstrate a highly professional demeanor while providing exceptional service to our customers
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Perform data entry (customer orders, etc)
- Maintain accurate customer information and update as needed in SAP
- Prepare picking list for distribution centre
- Liaison between the customer and the warehouse
- other related duties

**About you**
- You have a DEC in administration
- You are fully bilingual (French and English - written and spoken) - this is a must
- You possess great interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills
- You like to keep busy and love to multi-task
- A professional image is important to you
- You have SAP experience (preferable)
- You enjoy being part of a team that works well together

**Le poste**
- Démontrer un comportement professionnel tout en offrant un service exceptionnel à nos clients
- Répondre aux demandes des clients
- Effectuer l’entrée de données (commandes clients, etc.)
- Maintenir des informations client précises et mettre à jour au besoin dans SAP
- Préparer la liste de prélèvement pour le centre de distribution
- Liaison entre le client et l'entrepôt
- Réception et autres tâches connexes

**Vous apportez avec vous**
- un DEC en administration
- vous êtes bilingues (français et anglais - écrit et parlé)
- vous possédez de grandes compétences interpersonnelles et d’organisation
- vous aimez rester occupé et avoir plusieurs différentes tâches à faire
- vous avez de l’expérience avec SAP (préférable)
- vous aimez faire partie d’une équipe qui travaille bien ensemble

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.25-$18.53 per hour
