Le Consultant en Adhésion est responsable du processus d’intégration des membres, y compris les visites, les ventes et les points de contact continus. En tant que membre clé de l’équipe d’adhésion, le Consultant en Adhésion travaille efficacement pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de fidélisation des membres du Y.

Le Consultant en Adhésion rend compte au Directeur, CX & Adhésion. Possibilité de 4 ou 5 jours par semaine. Pourrait inclure soirées et dimanches.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Le Consultant en Adhésion aura les principales responsabilités suivantes. Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive:

- Être un représentant clé en contact direct avec les membres du Y.
- Répondre aux demandes d’adhésion en personne, par courriel et par téléphone.
- Diriger les visites et attirer les membres potentiels.
- Suivre les parcours d’adhésion et établir des points de contact pour obtenir des retours et renforcer l’engagement.
- Effectuer des suivis réguliers avec les nouveaux membres par téléphone, courriel et en personne.
- Appeler les membres pour les renouvellements et suivre la fidélisation.
- Convertir les prospects en membres.
- Élargir la sensibilisation aux programmes du Y, aux collectes de fonds, à l’entraînement personnel et à d’autres opportunités d’engagement.
- Soutenir le responsable du Fitness dans l’engagement des membres et les ventes d’entraînement personnel.
- Travailler avec les autres départements du Y pour atteindre l’excellence.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Capacité d’établir des relations en personne et par téléphone.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en FRANÇAIS et en ANGLAIS.
- Bonne compréhension des techniques de vente efficaces.
- Passion pour le Fitness.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft 365.
- Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à collaborer.

**Job Opening: Membership Consultant**

The Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA (“the Y”) is a member-driven organization with a 114-year history of pursuing its vision of sustaining Jewish continuity in Montreal. Our team works in a high-spirited, health-conscious environment with great energy focused on making a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of people in our community.

The Membership Consultant is responsible for the membership onboarding journey, including tours, sales and continued touch points. As a key member of the Membership team, the Membership Consultant effectively works to meet the Y’s membership sales and retention targets.

The Membership Consultant reports to the Director, CX & Membership. Open to 4 or 5 days per week. May include evenings and Sundays

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Membership Consultant will have the following key responsibilities. This list is not exhaustive:

- Be a Key client-facing representative of the Y.
- Lead tours and engage prospective members.
- Track membership journeys and establish touchpoints for feedback and further engagement.
- Call members for renewals and track retention.
- Convert leads to members.
- Broaden awareness of Y programs, fundraisers, personal training, and other opportunities for engagement.
- Support the Fitness lead with member engagement and personal training sales.
- Work with other departments at the Y to achieve excellence.

- Increased new memberships, renewals, and referrals.
- Increased membership revenue.
- Customer satisfaction in the sales process.
- Increased overlap/ engagement with other departmental offerings.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to build relationships in person and over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in BOTH French and English.
- Solid understanding of effective sales techniques.
- Passionate about fitness.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Team player and collaborator.
