**Key Objectives**:

- Acts as a liaison between, Sales, Production and Construction - ensuring accurate and timely flow and maintenance of information_
- Responsible for organizing and scheduling construction starts with trade/supplier partners
- Printing architectural drawings and documentation for applicable trades partner/suppliers
- Software (BuildPro) documentation management
- Responsible for coordinating and organizing electronic records for all construction operations
- Prepare all job files for drafting, reviewing for accuracy
- Assign with purchase orders and send required documentation to trade partners
- Request power and gas services from retailer weekly
- Print and process invoices
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production role within the residential building industry
- Experience using Newstar Enterprise and BuildPro is an asset
- Able to read blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
- Ability to get along with various personality types and play an active role in the team
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
