**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES**:

- Le client est notre priorité. Nous nous assurons que le client se sente bien et accueilli.
- Nous cherchons à combler les besoins vestimentaires des clients.
- Nous portons un intérêt particulier à la clientèle et cessons nos tâches ou conversations entre collègues lorsqu’il y a des clients.
- Gérer les plaintes et les retours avec professionnalisme.
- Ouvrir la boutique à l’heure en toute sécurité.
- Balancer la caisse à la fin de chaque journée et effectuer les tâches de fermeture en toute sécurité.
- S’assurer que tous les employés de la boutique connaissent bien leur position et leurs tâches.
- Représenter CONTINENTAL selon les standards de tenue vestimentaire.
- Donner l’exemple au niveau vestimentaire et d’attitude positive au sein du groupe.
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente, d’heure et des résultats du magasin.
- Prodiguer des conseils de styliste et connaître les toutes dernières tendances ainsi que les produits que nous offrons.
- Effectuer les fonctions la caisse.
- Durant votre emploi, d’autres fonctions, tâches et responsabilités correspondant à vos compétences et à votre expérience pourraient vous être

attribuées de temps à autre.
- Travailler à tête lever pour éviter le vol en magasin.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Capacité de se déplacer sur la surface de vente et dans la réserve, porter jusqu’à 30lbs.
- Rester debout pour une période de 8 heures.
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible adapté aux besoins du magasin, notamment durant les fêtes, le soir et les fins de semaine.
- Avoir un minimum de 3 à 6 mois d’expérience en tant que chef d’équipe.

- Demonstrated skills in sales, training development, and team management
- Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate various tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
