Lexus Concierge

**Reporting Relationship**: This position reports directly to the Assistant Service Manager.

**Job Summary**:
Birchwood has an exciting opportunity for a Lexus Sales Concierge at Birchwood Lexus. The state-of-the-art Lexus store opened July 2020 and is located in South Winnipeg at 200 Lowson Crescent. The new stand-alone, two-story, 41,000-square-foot Lexus store has room for as many as 250 vehicles on-site and brand-new service installations.

**Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong telephone, computer (excel) and communication skills
- Previous administrative experience would be an asset
- Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged
- Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day tasks
- A Class 5 driver's license and driver’s abstract are required and transportation to work required
