- Required to transport, set up and remove catering events and equipment/supplies in an efficient and professional manner ensuring that university property is well maintained and not damaged.
- Must have catering training and experience in catering setups and service standards.
- Required to perform all duties of any job classification equivalent or lower as required, except for cooking. Will be required to act as a server for catering events.
- Must have demonstrated time management skills to meet strict schedule and timelines. Must be able to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Accurately complete daily reports and logs.
- Glass G Drivers licence, and/or higher with a good driving record, and able to complete and pass a defensive driver course.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs (consistently and repetitively) using proper lifting practices.
- Must be able to complete Smart Serve training.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Previous experience in food service delivery is required.
- Must have a driver’s license in good standing.
- Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
