**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of documents for real estate transactions.
- Assist in the management of client relationships and communications.
- Maintain accurate records of all real estate transactions.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and local regulations.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing databases.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of administrative real estate experience**, preferably in a similar executive assistant role.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for appointments and errands.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
- High level of proficiency Webforms, Realm/ Stratus, G Suite Platform (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets) is preferred.

**Ability to commute/relocate**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday**
