Salon Coordinator

Are you... energetic, personable, organized & customer-service oriented? Do you have customer service experience, are able to multi-task, excel in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about the beauty industry?

We are a busy salon and spa chain and we are looking to fill salon receptionist positions at several of our locations in Promenade Mall. We are hiring 1-2 full-time or part-time receptionists.

**Requirements**:

- Punctual
- Highly organized
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with retail
- Experience in a salon/spa environment and experience with Milano booking software preferred
- At least 1 year of management experience (for salon coordinator position)
- Weekend, holiday, morning and evening availability
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods of time (5-8 hours)

**Duties**:

- Greet clients, engage with them, and notify stylists/aestheticians of their arrival
- Efficiently book and confirm appointments
- Process payments using POS system
- Provide info about our products, services, deals, and packages
- Assist clients with retail products
- Maintain a tidy and sanitized reception area
- Balance till and close the salon

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
