Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

The chiropractic clinic, is seeking a reliable and friendly part-time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.

Currently our clinic schedule is: Mondays 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, Tuesdays 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Thursdays 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm, and Fridays 7:00 am to 1:00 pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
