**Commercial Team Member**

**Who we are**

Lavender and Lemon Cleaning Co. provides elite quality residential and commercial cleaning that allow our clients to take back their time. We understand the importance of work/life balance so we can offer flexibility in setting up your schedule and are also big believers in protecting Mother Earth and use only natural cleaning products.

**What you’ll do**
- Arrive on time and stay for the entire shift
- Use an app to view shift details, clock in and out, and to communicate with management
- Clean the space assigned following the strategies given through training
- Maintain cleaning kit (keeping it clean and caring for products in your possession)
- Launder cloths before next shift
- Clean out vacuum canister before next shift
- Provide scheduler with a minimum of two weeks notices for any time off

**Where you’ll fit in**

Home base is in Stratford, however we aim to keep team members as close to home as possible and do not require a physical check in before each shift. Client locations will vary.

**Work hours**

Office cleaning is typically done between Monday and Friday in the evenings after 5pm. We do have the occasional shift on a weekend. We ask for a minimum of three shifts per week and are flexible in creating schedules. This position pays $18/hour to start then moves to $20/hour after the three month probation has been completed.
