Responsible for building and yard maintenance. Shop and yard cleanup assisting other staff and customers when required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keep the yard free of clutter and debris.
- Maintain storage areas for surplus parts, components, etc. that will be used by the trades staff.
- Use forklift and loader to complete various yard duties.
- Maintain garbage’s.
- Various yard work
- Sidewalk maintenance
- Loading and unloading of parts and trucks
- Driving trucks around by assisting other departments
- Accept new, used and repossessions.
- Snow maintenance
- Small hardware repair
- Keep windows clean in the summer.
- Maintain signage.
- Fix small leaks on fittings.
- Adjust fixtures.
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATION &**

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Class 1/3 driver’s license required.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Be professional while dealing with customers and other staff.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Available to work flexible hours to accommodate demands.
- Ability to lift to 100 lbs.
- Ability to operate various yard equipment.
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM flexibility in between
