- Lead through example a team of 2-5 persons in the installation of hardscape and softscape
- Plan and organize daily tasks and assignments for the team on site
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to project plans and specifications
- Monitor, and report progress daily, provide guidance to team ensuring a timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with, management, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct inspections, while on the jobsite, to ensure work quality and adherence to safety regulations
- Train, less experienced team members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
- Foresee, recognize, and resolve any potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Winter work is available should you be interested in year around work

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in various hardscape and softscape installation procedures such as mechanical and hand excavation, the correct base material installation and compaction, paver installation, dry and wet lay flagstone, masonry, correct proportion for planting, and planting procedures etc.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during a project
- Ability to recognize team members' strengths and weaknesses, and set tasks allowing the individual team members to grow and succeed as a team
- Ability to work well in a team environment, under pressure and meet deadlines
- Take responsibility, for teams non-fulfilments, and set corrective plan for teams success

**Salary**: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
