Calgary, Canada Progress Investigations Full time

You will be responsible for conducting covert field surveillance throughout Fort McMurray and the surrounding area. As a Private Investigator performing surveillance, you must be a strong problem solver, pay excellent attention to detail, and display professionalism and high moral and ethical integrity. You must be capable of completing investigations while following Progress Investigations policies and operating procedures, taking detailed notes, and effectively navigating our case management program.

Investigator and Senior Investigator wages are extremely competitive and vary with qualifications and experience.

**Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Conducting static and mobile surveillance investigations independently and in teams.
- Obtaining, handling, and reporting on relevant evidence.
- Providing clear and direct communication to the case manager.
- Working effectively within company & client operating policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Valid AB Private Investigators license.
- 3-5 years experience conducting surveillance as a Private Investigator.
- Highly Proficient in English (Verbal and written).
- Your own reliable vehicle suitable for surveillance work.
- Capacity to work flexible hours and willingness to travel throughout Northern Alberta.
- Valid drivers license.
- Working knowledge of surveillance equipment including handheld camcorders covert mobile cameras.
- Working knowledge of computer software and Microsoft office suite.
- Strong report writing abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian privacy laws and legislation.
