Crescent Dental Group is looking to hire a **Dental Administrator** for our **Dr. Timothy Mahoney Dental** location in **Wetaskiwin, Alberta**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients upon arrival and update their personal and medical information
- Manage the day-to-day clinical schedule of the dental practice
- Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries, and work toward improving the overall patient experience
- Ensure each patient understands their treatment options, insurance coverage and benefits plans
- Collect and process payments
- Collect, review and forward payables to the Financial Department
- Assist in managing the clinic’s online presence, including social media accounts and Google reviews
- Determine staff schedules and ensure operational standards are met
- Other day-today duties as assigned

**Position Schedule: Hours Subject to change/Possibility for Full Time in Future**
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 9-3pm
- Wednesday: 9-3pm
- Thursday: 9-3pm
- Friday: Come September - hours TBA
- Saturday: OFF

**What We’re Looking For From You**
- Previous dental administrative experience not necessary, but would be beneficial
- Outstanding communication skills
- Positive attitude and is professional with patients and staff
- Highly organized and reliable
- RecallMax and Gold experience are an asset but not necessary, training can be provided on the job
