To Do Done Renovations is a company of highly skilled residential renovators in Ottawa & Gatineau who are looking for a skilled salesperson to join our team

We are looking for someone who is very familiar with renovations and can estimate the costs of projects in order to sell them with confidence. We are looking for someone who views themselves as a top sales performer. We want someone who is: self-driven and assertive; outgoing and not afraid to sell; and, able to thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

If you are an experienced salesperson, ambitious, motivated and know how to close deals, we would love to meet you. Your job will be focused on making sales, which will involve estimating residential renovation jobs and managing the sales process to close deals. This includes calling, organizing, and meeting up with prospective clients, estimating, writing up proposals, closing sales, conducting follow-ups, and working closely with our office team to ensure your success.

Some training will be offered, however a background or experience in the field of residential renovation is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients' homes to understand their renovation needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Create a full and detailed estimate of project labour and material costs accurately and efficiently, utilizing your expertise in the residential renovation industry.
- Sell the proposed job to our clients.
- Use Estimating, Excel, Buildertrend, 2020, and other Construction Management software effectively to streamline processes.
- Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by effectively communicating the value of our services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle, building strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Your resume must show proven experience as a Salesperson in the residential construction industry in Canada.

Specifically, Experience requirements include:

- Managing a sales pipeline
- Working with a CRM, excel, and estimating software
- Meeting clients, taking measurements, and job site pictures
- Setting up sales calls and meetings
- Goal setting and tracking
- Knowledge & experience in the residential renovations industry
- French language skills, both written and oral, an asset
- Reading Blueprints or Design files an asset
- Must have a driver’s license, and a vehicle

Compensation:
