**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
Clark's Audio Visual is looking for a detail-oriented, focused individual to join our Warehouse Team. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that orders are filled and delivered in a timely manner. This position requires a high level of moral character, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The Warehouse Coordinator must be willing to work in a clean, organized environment with mínimal supervision. This position is required at our Vancouver Warehouse starting immediately.

**RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)**:

- Review daily and weekly pull sheets to ensure the organization, maintenance and availability of equipment
- Prepare all accurate equipment required for events and operation
- Coordinating with the Operations Manager to prepare all warehouse inventory and logistics
- Continuously maintain and upkeep the warehouse space and all equipment efficiently
- Implement and continuously update warehouse's policies and procedures
- Repair, replace, maintain and discard the equipment as needed after coordinating with the operations team
- Understand basic Vectorworks “Spotlight” functions
- Preparing, labeling and scanning equipment in warehouse as required
- Load/unload gear and equipment to trucks
- Assist in driving of various vehicles (Mini vans to 5-ton truck)
- Various Warehouse operations and general labor duties as needed

**KEY COMPETENCIES**:

- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
- Strong fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to multi task to execute multiple simultaneous projects with a strong attention to detail and understanding of conceptual meetings and events
- Be highly organized with excellent time management skills
- An excellent team player, who is also able to work independently, with mínimal supervision and take initiative
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity

**LICENSING REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License.
