Laundry Assistant

_START DATE: As soon as possible._

**SCHEDULE**:
8:30AM-4:30PM (2 week rotation)

Week 1: Mon, Thurs, Sat, Sun

Week 2: Mon, Thurs, Fri
- Primary Duties Include:_
- Assist with general laundry duties including sorting, drying and folding linens
- Assist with folding of personal items, as requested
- Utilize commercial-grade dryers
- Assist with the delivery of clean linens to resident home areas using proper delivery techniques
- Participate in lost clothing program
- Participate in laundry-specific infection control practices

Qualifications:

- Completion of grade 9 or equivalent
- Previous experience working with the elderly preferred
- Must be able to work the entire schedule as above

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5-30 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
