**Organic Merchandiser**

As an organic grain merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

- Negotiating with suppliers and buyers to obtain the best possible price and quality for organic products.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about market trends, supply and demand, and customer preferences
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with producers and buyers of organic and conventional specialty grains
- Working with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and diversification in the organic sector

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in grain merchandising, preferably in the organic sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
- A willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
