**Your future role on our team**

**Main duties**:

- Define the scope and cost estimates for the required work and project deadlines for internal clients in specific areas, including:

- Operations
- Finance
- Business Development
- Human Resources
- Project Management
- corporate solutions (document management systems, resource planning systems, training management systems, applicant tracking systems, and more)
- data integration and business intelligence services
- productivity and digital work environment tools (Microsoft 365, Citrix, Teams, OneDrive)
- Share your knowledge and experience with others.
- Promote collaboration and innovation by keeping up to date with new trends in workplace technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of the DevOps methodology within the various product teams.
- Establish relevant performance indicators and use them to monitor and optimize work.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English and French) to explain concepts and digital technologies to business leaders and business concepts to technologists to publish content about them and share ideas and processes with all levels of the organization, including the Board of Directors

- Experience in planning and implementing strategic technology solutions as well as formulating and updating policies

- Ability to effectively guide and support changes affecting employees, processes and technology in a fast-paced, complex operational environment
- Courage to suggest or support bold ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with many teams

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, information management or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of work experience, preferably in business or IT management and, ideally, a combination of both
- Three to five years of experience in team management
- Ability to promote innovation programs as a catalyst for organizational change
- Ability to travel to work at other BBA offices
- Asset: knowledge of cloud computing
- Asset: knowledge of an ERP system (Deltek Maconomy, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Asset: knowledge of the concept of data warehousing and business intelligence
