Painter/prepper

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Surface Preparation**:

- Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, grease, dirt, and old paint.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to achieve a smooth and clean surface.

**Paint Application**:

- Select and mix paints to match colors or specifications.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Make necessary touch-ups or adjustments to achieve the desired finish.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying environmental conditions.

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- painting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
