Looking for a permanent (either full-time or part-time) college applicant or post-graduate applicant only

**Skills**:

- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
- Organizational skills to manage customer orders, phone calls, and store standards
- Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as cash handling, and merchandise presentation
- Self-starter and uses good judgment in all situations
- Ability to understand the needs of the customer
- Ability to take and communicate phone messages in legible handwriting
- Ability to upsell products in a genuine manner
- Retail experience or hospitality (front of house) experience preferred

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Display a “customer is family” attitude; ensuring that customer loyalty is built and maintained
- Resolving customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner
- Be a team player and contribute to the store’s success
- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, replenishment, price markdowns, front of store upkeep
- Keep current on our products and what ingredients are used to make them
- Ensure store is visually-appealing; contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance and visual displays
- Ability to answer the phone and help customers in a friendly and respectful manner
- Ability to relay messages in an effective and timely manner
- Adhere to health and safety requirements

**Schedule**:

- Tuesdays to Fridays (day shift; hours will be determined based on applicant schedule)
- Maybe Saturdays
- Extra shifts during the holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas etc)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1-2 years

or
- Front of House: 1 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
