**Sommaire du poste**

L'analyste, Intelligence d’affaires sera responsable de fournir des analyses stratégiques et de

informations clés qui faciliteront la prise de décisions organisationnelles. Évoluant dans un

environnement dynamique et agile, votre rôle à l’intérieur de l’équipe consistera principalement à être impliqué dans la conception des fondements de la nouvelle infrastructure de données de DSMA. Vous serez aussi amené à assurer l’intégrité et la qualité de cette dernière tout en fournissant la distribution ponctuelle de rapport stratégique, opérationnelle et tactique. L’individu sera sous la supervision du Directeur des finances et des évaluations.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Extraire, nettoyer et modifier des données provenant de sources multiples;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département TI afin d’intégrer les nouvelles

données dans le data warehouse;
- Développer des mesures et indicateurs clés ainsi que des visualisations et des outils

pour assurer le contrôle de la qualité des bases de données de manière continue;
- Assurer l’exactitude du processus de mise à jour des différents rapports, réviser les

paramètres des règles d’affaires et supporter l’équipe avec la connexion aux

différentes sources de données;
- Gérer la phase de test, travailler à résoudre les erreurs de données ou améliorer les

processus actuels si nécessaire;
- Travailler avec les différentes équipes afin de définir leur besoin en données et bâtir

des solutions libre-service incluant des rapports et visualisations de données.
- Développer des modèles de prédiction des catégories de marché dans lesquelles

DSMA compétitionne

**Qualifications professionnelles**
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais;
- Capacité à analyser et à synthétiser des informations;
- Compétence en PowerBI ou visualisation de la donnée.
- Souci du détail.

**INTERNSHIP - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE**

**Location: Montréal, QC, Hybrid**

**Position Summary**

The BI Analyst will provide best-in-class strategic insights and analytics to help drive crucial

business decisions. Evolving in a highly flexible and dynamic environment, your role will

mainly consist of being involved in the team building the foundations of DSMA new data infrastructure, ensuring its integrity and quality while providing timely distribution of the reporting suite. The individual will report to the Director of Finance and Valuation.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Extract, cleanse and modify raw data from various data sources.
- Work closely with IT department to integrate new data sources in data warehouse.
- Develop metrics and measures for quality control on an ongoing basis through data

visualizations and manipulation tools.
- Ensure reporting suite gets accurately updated, review business rules and support

the teams with data connectivity.
- Manage the testing and work on bug fixing or data improvements as needed.
- Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and build new self-serve

solutions including reports and data visualizations.

**Qualifications**
- Good communication skills (spoken and written), in French and English.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.
- Experience with PowerBI or data visualization.
- Detail-oriented.
