We are currently seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate or Counsel
qualified to practice law in Ontario with five to ten years of litigation experience,
suitability for the Associate versus Counsel position based on experience and
expressed interest.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING**:
Significant experience in patent litigation, particularly in the pharmaceutical
and life sciences space.
Strong writing, drafting, research and analytical skills along with a
demonstrated ability to conduct complex legal research and develop legal
arguments.
Demonstrated organizational and practice management skills, a keen
attention for detail and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Excellent oral advocacy skills.
A life sciences background (e.g., Biochemistry, Chemistry, Cell Biology,
Molecular Biology). An MSc or PhD is an asset, but not required.
