**Skate Patrol - Multiple Openings

Turn one of your favorite past times into a part time job The City of Kenora is seeking high school students
who are at least 14 years of age and who love to skate to work as a Skate Patrol during scheduled public
skate times.

**Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with the general public

and staff;
- Must be a minimum of 14 years of age;
- Must be able to skate competently;
- Be able to work with little or no supervision;
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and deal tactfully with the public;

**Responsibilities**:

- Be presentable in appearance at all times while on duty in uniform provided;
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled skating time.
- Enforce skating rules promptly and tactfully.
- Shall preform other duties as assigned.
- Wear at all times while on ice surface a CSA approved helmet.

**Hours of Work**: Shifts vary between 1 - 3 hours in length on evenings and weekends.

Maximum of 20 hrs per week. Flexible scheduling for students.

**Salary**: $14.60/hr
