Description du poste
Sous la responsabilité du directeur de centre d'affaires, le superviseur d'entrepôt supervise la réception, le stockage, la préparation et la livraison des commandes des clients, et s'assure que tous les processus de l'entrepôt se déroulent de manière fluide et rapide.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Gérer les opérations de l'entrepôt, la planification de l'espace, l'inventaire, le stockage, les processus d'expédition et de réception ;
- Diriger et superviser le personnel de l'entrepôt pour assurer un travail collaboratif, organisé et efficace ;
- Gérer la préparation des commandes des clients et assurer le respect des délais de livraison et d'expédition des commandes avec une variété de courriers ;
- S'assurer que l'entrepôt et les espaces de la cour sont hautement organisés ;
- Développer une équipe qui offre un service à la clientèle inégalé;
- S'assurer que toutes les mesures de santé, de sûreté et de sécurité sont respectées ;
- Tenir des registres d'entrepôt précis et organisés ;
- Décharger les camions et vérifier si des marchandises manquent ou sont endommagées ;
- Recevoir et vérifier les expéditions et placer la marchandise en stock ;
- Localiser les commandes en attente des clients et les informer de leur arrivée ;
- Placer et ranger le stock de façon ordonnée et le réorganiser au besoin ;
- Choisir et emballer les marchandises, et expédier les commandes de manière précise et opportune ;
- Emballer les marchandises pour une expédition sans dommage ;
- Autres tâches connexes.
EXIGENCES:
- Idéalement, 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine ;
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations humaines, esprit d'initiative ;
- Excellent sens de la communication et de l'organisation ;
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OUTLOOK) ;
- Forte capacité et désir de développer et d'accroître ses compétences ;
- Certification valide de conduite de chariot élévateur ;
- La connaissance des produits est un atout.
