**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to test and modify Fit and function using various power and hand tools
- Ability to effective communicate parts and how they relate to tolerancing
- Fit and assemble parts and sub-assemblies as per drawings/blueprints.
- Integrate pneumatics and work off of P&ID.
- Orchestrate and schedule assemblies according to design in a safe and proper order.
- Coordinate with the multiple internal departments, and sub contractors
- Provide mechanical support during debug, integration, and machine acceptance.
- Participate as lead person in the debug/integration of the machine or station start-up..
- Reassemble equipment to the point of buy-off at customer's site. Train maintenance and operators on running equipment and following safety procedures.
- Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications; and make adjustments if necessary.
- Assemble and integrate pneumatics and electrical components, power transmission systems, conveyor systems and feeder systems.
- Sub-assemble machine tool components.
- Integrate main-assembly.
- Maintain company confidentiality.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment with travel required.
- Will be required to communicate with all departments personnel after build project completion to review entirely of projects and to develop ever evolving changes in product concept design.

**Qualifications**
- Three years machinery assembly or millwright experience, preferably with machining skills and mechanical apprenticeship.
- Able to use measuring instruments, crane, forklift as required.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of self motivation.
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Ability to read drawings and communicate problems to designers and department heads.
- Must be able to occasionally travel and work evenings/weekends as required.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Must exhibit professional and courteous communication/interaction in any environment and under any circumstances with Customers, Vendors, Engineers, Technicians, and other team members.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a multi-discipline environment.
- Able to independently complete all specific responsibilities with little to moderate supervision.
- Experience with ERP or CAD software’s a plus
- Experience working in food plants and understanding GMP policies an added benefit

**Salary**: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
