Live-out Supeintendent

We are looking for an experienced, professional and dynamic **Live-Out** **Superintendent **to work at a condominium in Waterloo Toronto.

Daily Tasks include:

- Ensure completion of daily building inspections and perform minor building operations efficiently (changing light bulbs, repairing door handles).
- Conduct training/retraining for new and existing employees in procedures regarding tools, equipment, powered machines, cleaning compounds, and other matters.
- Rotating receptacle bins for collections.
- Maintaining the building's garbage room and bin area.
- Inspect quality of contracted services and document shortcomings or deficiencies.
- General building tidiness.
- Other activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent communication and organization skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a super or heavy duty cleaner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
