Our Lacombe, Alberta business is ideally looking for a talented service advisor to help run our front desk with a focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.

Who we are
- We are a small, independent 8 bay automotive repair shop with a team of 10. We utilize and provide tools such as Digital inspections and Protractor shop management software.

We are family-owned and operated with several long term employees. Lacombe, Alberta is on the Top 5 best places to live in Canada list. It is conveniently located between Edmonton and Calgary and only a short 15 minute drive to Red Deer. It is a beautiful little city that is home to both retirees and young families alike. Our shop was voted "Best in Lacombe" in for Best Automotive Shop for many years running.

Skills required
- Previous Service Advisor experience desirable but for the right person we can train for that.
- You must have the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Strong Automotive problem solving abilities - Strong people skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE Can do attitude
- Leadership and team building skills.
- The ability and desire to learn new skills.
- Good Computer skills.
- Resilient under pressure. This can be a busy position

This position will play a key role in our operations. We are looking for an advisor who wants to put down roots. As a leader in the shop, this Advisor would help set the tone for an efficient and consistent work ethic and would encourage healthy peer to peer work relationships. We are willing to patiently wait for the right individual to come along.
