As the Production Scheduler at Select Finishing, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production schedule to meet customer demands, ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving of goods, maintaining detailed records of inventory, and communicating effectively with both internal teams and external partners to support efficient supply chain operations.

**What You Will Do**:

- **Shipping and Receiving Support**: Inspect and record all goods received. Prepare shipping documents for finished goods.
- **Scheduling**: Work with the production team to establish a schedule that meets customer needs. Be the point of contact for customers.
- **Order Management**: Ensure all customer orders/releases are entered and tracked. Electronically receive and transmit customer requirements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all shipping documentation. Monitor and report department measurables.

**Who You Are**:

- An experienced professional with 3-5 years in production scheduling, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Holds a College Diploma or University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and production scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Join Us**:

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
